Letter of Intent for Tissues
To receive tissue from the resource, you must first send a Letter of Intent (LOI) that contains:
- Your name, title (must be at or above assistant professor or equivalent), institution, address, and telephone number.
- The approximate number and types of cases required.
- Justification for sample size, and proposed statistical analysis.
- A statement of the aims/hypothesis of the proposed research.
- Background information for the marker, and preliminary data.
- A description of the technical approach and methods.
- Assurance that the technique(s) can be applied to paraffin-embedded or fresh-frozen specimens.
- Clinical and/or outcome data required.
This information can be submitted online, or mailed to
