Welcome to the CPCTR public database. Please click on the link below to enter the query engine.

If you do not have a user name or password for the secure database, please fill out the access request form

Instructions:

  1. The first screen will give you the overall statistical information on all of the cases currently available through the CPCTR.
  2. To query the database on specific criteria, please click "Data Mining Tool" either at the top-right or bottom of the screen.
  3. Check the boxes of the specific criteria that you are interested in and click "Submit" at the top-right of the screen.
  4. You will see the summary view of the cases that match your request.

  • Stage of Disease
  • Recurrence Info
  • Vital Status
  • Treatment Received
  • Histologic Type
  • Presence of PIN
  • Availability of Normal Tissue
  • Gleason Grading
  • Characteristics
  • Follow-up Time

User specifications:
